These Terms & Conditions apply exclusively to legal residents of Bangladesh, and the f150 platform is strictly prohibited for anyone under the age of 18. Minors are not permitted to create or use an account, and any such account identified will be closed immediately.
To register on f150, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to create only one account — multiple accounts are strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, f150 reserves the right to permanently close all associated accounts.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials strictly confidential. Sharing your account with or allowing access by any third party is strictly prohibited. If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, please notify our customer support team immediately. The account holder bears full responsibility for any misuse of the account.
All financial transactions on f150 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits and withdrawals are supported via approved mobile banking methods, including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. When making a deposit, you must enter the correct amount and reference number — f150 will not be held responsible for any issues arising from incorrect information.
F150 reserves the right to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal request. Funds will only be returned via the same method used for the original deposit. Bonus or promotional funds are subject to specific wagering requirements before withdrawal, which will be clearly stated with each offer.
If suspicious transactions, money laundering, or fraudulent activity is detected, f150 reserves the right to suspend the relevant account and transactions until a full investigation has been completed. In such cases, information may be disclosed to the appropriate authorities in accordance with applicable law.
Users of the f150 platform may only use it for lawful, personal entertainment purposes. Using the platform for commercial purposes, placing bets on behalf of third parties, or employing any form of automated software is strictly forbidden. Any attempt to breach platform security, steal data, or carry out cyberattacks will result in legal action.
Disrespectful behavior, harassment, or fraudulent activity directed at other users is strictly prohibited. Users may not spread false information on the platform or attempt to mislead other users in any way. Should f150 find evidence of any such violations, it reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the offending account.
F150 provides its platform services on an "as is" basis and accepts no liability for any losses arising from technical errors, server outages, or internet connectivity issues. f150 is also not responsible for delays or errors caused by third-party payment gateways or mobile banking services. In the event of an unexpected service interruption, f150 will endeavor to notify users as promptly as possible.
All content on the f150 platform — including logos, designs, software, text, graphics, and databases — is the exclusive intellectual property of f150. Copying, redistributing, or commercially using any of these materials without prior authorization is a punishable offense under Bangladesh's copyright law. Users may access platform content for personal use only.
While the f150 website may reference third-party services or information, f150 is not responsible for their accuracy or quality. Users engage with third parties entirely at their own risk, and f150 will not act as a mediator in any disputes arising from such interactions.
F150 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances: violation of Terms & Conditions, fraudulent or deceptive activity, provision of false information, operating multiple accounts, or any unlawful conduct. Upon account closure, any remaining valid balance may be refunded through the designated process; however, bonus or promotional balances will be forfeited.
Users may also request to close their own account by contacting our customer support team and completing the required verification process. Self-exclusion and limit-setting options are also available under our Responsible Gaming policy.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh. Any disputes will first be addressed through negotiation. The Bengali version of these Terms & Conditions shall be considered the definitive and legally binding version.
